Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott are no strangers to struggle. The two have faced several financial struggles as well as infidelities on Dean’s part. Now Dean might be headed to jail for unpaid child support for his eldest child with Mary Jo Eustace.
Mary Jo had agreed to let Dean pay off the back child support in installments however she is now taking him back to court for late payments of their $1,500 a month agreement.
An insider says, “It was late because Dean was paying their son Jack’s first-month rent, security deposit and several other college expenses, which Mary Jo would not contribute to.”
