Actor Ryan Phillippe‘s ex girlfriend Elsie Hewitt has filed a lawsuit saying the star was physically abusing to her. She also claims the actor abuses cocaine, ecstasy, psychedelic mushrooms and steroids.
Hewitt is asking for $1 million for an incident that occurred when she went to his home to retrieve personal items. She says Phillippe was drunk and threw her down the stair causing her sever injuries.
Sources close to Ryan say it was Hewitt who showed up drunk and belligerent to his home. They say the L.A. City Attorney refused to prosecute after investigating, and they claim she’s filed this lawsuit out of revenge. Ironically enough Phillippe has a new movie coming out on 10/12 called “Wrongful Conviction.”
